Wind Turbine Power

How much electricity can a turbine produce? That depends on the size of the turbine, the wind speed, and many other factors. Since electricity is measured in watts, that is how the industry rates wind turbine power. They refer to wind power as capacity. Small turbine capacity ranges from 250 watts to 100 kilowatts. The largest turbines have a six-megawatt capacity!
